Hydrating toner designed to brighten and even out skin tone. The toner effectively brings a glow to the skin and revitalizes dull, tired-looking skin. The toner also softens and hydrates the skin while leaving a non-sticky, radiant finish.
Citrus extracts (86%) brightens the skin and provides antioxidant protection. Niacinamide supports barrier repair and evens out skin tone. Panthenol soothes the skin.

After cleansing, gently pat on the skin. Follow with a serum and a moisturizer.
