Apply the sunscreen product before exposure. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling.
Apply liberally/generously (and evenly) 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product. Rinse with water when it gets into your eyes. Apply sunscreen along the length of 2 fingers. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
