Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases from the Liore online store at liore.ee and any other official Liore domains operated by SANREB OÜ.

Placing an order

To place an order, add products to the cart, enter the required information, and choose the available delivery and payment method. The order becomes binding after order confirmation and successful payment, unless the selected payment method states otherwise.

Prices, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in euros. The standard VAT rate in Estonia is 24%. Where VAT applies, prices include VAT or VAT is shown in the cart and checkout according to Shopify, market, and destination-country tax settings.

Because Liore sells from Estonia to other countries, the final tax treatment can depend on the customer's location, delivery address, Shopify Markets settings, and applicable EU or local VAT rules. Applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

Payment methods

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, including card payments, bank links, and other payment methods offered through Montonio, where available for your location.

Payment is completed in a secure payment environment. The Liore online store does not see or store the customer's bank details or full card details.

If bank transfer is agreed or available, payment must be made to SANREB OÜ's current account EE052200221087217802 no later than 3 banking days after placing the order.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on product availability and warehouse location. Products in the local warehouse usually arrive within up to 1 week. Products ordered from an external or partner warehouse usually take 1-4 weeks, depending on warehouse workload, supplier availability, and transport.

More specific delivery information is shown, where possible, on the product page, in the cart, or at checkout. If there is a delay, we will contact the customer by email.
