Shipping policy

Liore ships orders from Estonia and, when needed, from partner or external warehouses. Available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

Delivery times

• Products in the local warehouse: usually up to 1 week.
• Products in an external or partner warehouse: usually 1-4 weeks, depending on warehouse workload, supplier availability, and transport.

If an order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship the order together when all products are ready or split it into separate shipments.

Delivery methods

For Estonia, we may use parcel machines and courier services. For international orders, available delivery methods depend on the destination country and the options shown at checkout.

Delays

Public holidays, campaign periods, supplier warehouse workload, customs procedures, or carrier delays can extend delivery times. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact the customer by email.
