Deeply hydrating toner designed to balance and soothe the skin. Instead of water, the toner contains blueberry extract, which effectively hydrates the skin, refreshing dry skin and helping to retain its moisture. The lightweight texture absorbs into the skin making it soft, vibrant and healthy glowing. The product has a mild blueberry scent.
Blueberry extract (88%) hydrates, soothes and protects the skin. Panthenol soothes the skin. Plant seed oils nourish and moisturize the skin.

After cleansing, gently pat on damp skin. Add multiple layers for maximum hydration. Follow with a serum and a moisturizer.
