TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a lightweight vegan toner formulated with niacinamide (4%), panthenol, allantoin and vitamin B to provide instant hydration and pore-tightening effects for acne-prone, sensitive, and oily skin. Moisturizes with a lighter feel with niacinamide for balanced skin moisture and oil control. Contains seven patented vegan soothers for gentle skin toning. Nourishing chamomile flower extract, panthenol, allantoin and vitamin B make complexion healthier and more radiant. Absorbs quickly and leaves a dewy, hydrated, non-sticky “glass skin” look. Non-comedogenic and suitable for oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin.
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of the toner to a cotton pad or directly onto your palms. Gently pat it onto your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
