1. Open the package, take out exfoliating pad and put it on the heel in the same direction as the picture.
2. Unfold the protecting fabric and wrap it over the exfoliating pad. Make sure the "heel" part goes towards the heel. Attach adhesive strip to hold the heel mask in place. After applying, make sure to wash your hands.
3. After 60 minutes, remove protecting fabric and exfoliating pad and wash your feet with lukewarm water.
4. Calluses start peeling off in 3 to 5 days after use and will continue to peel off for 3 to 5 days depending on their thickness. Do not use a callus remover or pick on calluses when they start peeling off.
Before use, apply a small amount to the skin to check for signs of allergic reaction. This product is intended for use on the feet only. Do not use on other body parts. This product contains AHA. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to this substance.
