1. Cleanse and dry your feet. 2. Take the socks out of the package. Hold the sealing area of the sock with your fingers. Pull outward to tear the seal. 3. Before wearing the mask, fold the upper part of the sock (shaded area in image 3) into the inside of the mask. This will prevent the upper part of your foot from being moistened by the exfoliating ingredients. 4. Wear the foot mask for 60-90 minutes . 5. Rinse off with water . 6. Dead skin starts peeling off 3-5 days after use. 7. Nearly all dead skin will be removed in a further 4-5 days depending on their thickness (totally 7-10 days). Do not use a callus remover or pick on calluses when they start peeling off.
Avoid using on blemishes, pimples, irritated or sunburned skin. Stop using and consult a doctor if skin becomes red, swollen or itchy during use and these symptoms persist after use. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Avoid using on skin which is sensitive to bandages or tapes. Avoid storing under direct sunlight or at high or low temperature. Keep out of the reach of children. Not to be used for children under 3 years of age.
