Terms of service

These Terms of service govern use of the LIORE website and online store at liore.ee, operated by Leonem Limited OÜ. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale. If these documents conflict in relation to a purchase, the Terms of sale and mandatory consumer law apply.

1. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not use it to:

break the law or infringe another person's rights;
submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information;
gain unauthorised access to an account, system, or data;
circumvent security or technical restrictions;
transmit malware, spam, or disruptive code; or
use automated methods in a way that unreasonably burdens, scrapes, damages, or disrupts the website or its users.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, Leonem Limited OÜ, or another person, or to comply with law. This does not affect rights arising from an existing purchase.

2. Product information

We present product characteristics, ingredients, instructions, warnings, prices, and availability with reasonable care and correct known errors without undue delay. Please report an apparent error to info@liore.ee.

For cosmetics and other beauty products, read the current ingredient list, instructions, warnings, expiry or period-after-opening information, and storage guidance on the packaging before use. Packaging information may be more current than a website image. This advice does not reduce Leonem Limited OÜ's duty to provide accurate mandatory information before purchase or its responsibility for non-conforming or unsafe goods.

Product results can vary between people. Website content is general product information and is not medical advice. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional help if you have an urgent or serious reaction.

3. Intellectual property

The LIORE name, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, and other content belong to Leonem Limited OÜ or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Normal personal use of the website and rights granted by mandatory law are unaffected.

4. Technical availability and external services

We may maintain, update, repair, or temporarily restrict the website. We seek to avoid unreasonable interruptions but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Links and integrations operated by independent third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Leonem Limited OÜ is not responsible for an independent third party's conduct except where applicable law makes us responsible.

5. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits:

statutory consumer rights;
liability for intent or gross negligence;
liability for personal injury, product safety, or another matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; or
Leonem Limited OÜ's responsibility for breach of its contractual or legal obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Leonem Limited OÜ is not responsible for loss caused solely by unlawful use of the website, a customer's failure to protect their account credentials, or an event outside our reasonable control that we could not reasonably avoid or overcome.

6. Changes

We may update these website-use terms when the website, services, or law changes. Updated terms apply prospectively from publication. A change does not retroactively alter an existing sales contract or reduce rights that have already arisen.

7. Applicable law and contact

Estonian law applies. Where applicable, a consumer resident in another country retains the mandatory consumer protection of that country and may bring proceedings in any court competent under applicable consumer law.
